Located in the heart of the magnificent Loire Valley, the castle of Nitray is a beautifully preserved Renaissance masterpiece surrounded by vineyards.

After a brief tour of the premises, you will have the pleasure of discovering a selection of seasonal cheeses from France's Best Craftsman Cheese Maker, Rodolphe Le Meunier, along with their subtle pairing with the estate's wines in the in the vines at sunset.

Geoffrey will lead participants through the tasting, unveiling the unique flavor profiles of each pairing while introducing them to the fascinating world of wine and cheese.
