The Gastronomic Cheese Dining Experience was born from the meeting of two passionate individuals: Geoffrey Nivard, founder of Tasting With Nivard, and Elisa Girard, chef at the heart of the Chef’s Ride project.
Guided by a sensitive and contemporary approach to gastronomy, Geoffrey has spent several years developing culinary experiences focused on discovering exceptional products and the people behind them. Elisa, on her side, builds a cuisine deeply rooted in the Loire Valley region, where every ingredient tells a story of landscape, seasonality, and craftsmanship.
Their meeting in the Loire Valley was no coincidence, but an obvious connection — two complementary visions brought together by the same desire: to showcase local products in a different way, with high standards, creativity, and emotion.
From this encounter was born a unique culinary adventure, where cheese, carefully selected in partnership with Rodolphe Le Meunier, becomes a guiding thread, a playground, and a space for exploration.
Each menu is designed as a conversation between Elisa’s cuisine, Geoffrey’s selections, and the local producers who shape the gastronomic identity of the Loire Valley.
Here, cheese is not simply cooked: it is told, deconstructed, tasted, compared, and celebrated both in its purest form and in its most creative interpretations.
